Items shipped from can be returned within 30 days of receipt of shipment in most cases. Some products have different policies or requirements associated with them.

Clean Litter Club Global Store Return Policy

Items can be returned within 30 days of receipt of delivery by contacting us via email at please include your order number and purchase receipt. It can take up to 25 days for an item to reach us once you return it. Once the item is received at our fulfillment center, it takes 2 business days for the refund to be processed and 3-5 business days for the refund amount to show up in your account.

Delivery Charge on Returning Goods

You will be required to return the item at your own expense, and may use the postal carrier of your choosing. However, if the item you ordered arrived damaged, defective or incorrect, you will be refunded the full postage cost upon return receipt. Simply contact us at and provide the details.  

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Goods

If you return a defective, damaged or incorrect item, you’ll be refunded the full postage cost once your return is processed.

Specific Product Guidelines

SiftEase Litter Box Cleaner

  • Due to hazardous waste guidelines, after use, the SiftEase litter box cleaner is not returnable to Clean Litter Club, but may be refundable.

Floor Mats and Pet Accessories

  • You can return floor mats and pet accessories up to 30 days after the delivery date.

 Cancellation Policy

  • After Purchase and Before Delivery – As long as your item hasn’t left the warehouse, we will be happy to cancel your order at your request. Simply contact us at with your name and order ID and we will check if it has left the warehouse yet.
  • After Purchase and After Delivery – There is no cancellation after delivery. However, products already shipped and delivered can be returned under our return policy guidelines. Please reach out to us with any questions.
